Our gymnastics programme follows the British Gymnastics’ newly launched, Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on our wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Portal.
Rise Explore 1 & 2 Beginners
School-aged recreational gymnasts build confidence and skills. Suitable for 4 years + (4 year olds must be in full time education)
- Monday 4.00pm-5.00pm and 5.00pm-6.00pm
- Tuesday 4.00pm-5.00pm and 5.00pm-6.00pm
- Wednesday 4.00pm-5.00pm and 5.00pm-6.00pm
- Thursday 4.00pm-5.00pm and 5.00pm-6.00pm
- Saturday 9.00am - 10.00am and 10.00am -11.30am
Rise Explore 3 & 4 Intermediate
School-aged recreational gymnasts build confidence and skills. Suitable for 4 years + (4 year olds must be in full time education)
- Monday 5.00pm-6.00pm
- Tuesday 5.00pm-6.00pm and 6.00pm-7.30pm
- Wednesday 5.00pm-6.00pm and 6.00pm-7.00pm
- Thursday 5.00pm - 6.00pm and 6.00-7.30pm
- Saturday 10.00am-11.30am and 11.30am-1.00pm
Rise Excel
For advanced and ambitious recreational gymnasts
- Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.30pm
- Wednesday 6.00pm-7.00pm
- Thursday 6.00pm - 7.30pm
- Saturday 1.30pm - 3.00pm
Adult Gymnastics Classes
Sessions run in partnership with Active Amber Valley and are just £2. Please enquire below for further information.
