A brand new way to stay social and healthy
Keep Active & Keep Social With Our FLexerciseTM Programme
From Wednesday, 5th of February 2020, we will be launching a brand new exercise project aimed at getting those over 50 years old to be more active and social within our amazing community.
This class will:
- Improve levels of mental well-being
- Reduce social isolation
- Improve posture
- Improve balance
- Strengthen muscles
- Increase energy levels
FLexercise is a proven exercise formula and is accessible to all ages and exercise backgrounds. This class incorporates yoga and movement to aid posture, balance, strength and increase energy levels.
This session will run once a week for a 6 month period.
Sessions will be charged at £3.50 per class, or will be free for those that are currently accessing the Exercise by Referral scheme.
FLexercise is a great opportunity for a gentle reintroduction to exercise to those who may not be generally physically active on a regular basis. This session is a social way to participate in a community based group exercise with like-minded individuals.
