Health suite

Relax and unwind.

Have you had a busy day or just finished a hard workout?  Why not finish it off with a lovely relaxing session in our health suite. We have a sauna and Steam room for you to enjoy.  Ask us for more details on 01394 388991.

The opening hours are as follows:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am - 9.15am & 12pm - 10pm 
• Tuesday: 6am - 10pm 
• Thursday: 6am - 8pm & 9pm - 10pm 
• Saturday: 7.30am - 6pm 
• Sunday: 7.30am - 4pm & 5pm - 8pm 

All users need to report to reception before accessing the health suite. Admission will not be allowed without a wristband.
