You can just pay as you go.
Customers wishing to pay for sessions individually will need to take out a free Places membership.
Places membership also has some extra benefits:
- Places Locker app for quick booking, tracking your moves, challenges, exercise programmes and more

- Monday 6am-10pm
- Tuesday 6am-10pm
- Wednesday 6am-10pm
- Thursday 6am-10pm
- Friday 6am-10pm
- Saturday 7am-8pm
- Sunday 7am-8pm
Places Locker app
If you use the Places Locker app already, then you don't need to do anything and can go ahead and book as normal, either via the website or app.
If you haven't downloaded our app yet, you can create your free Places membership when you download it, or click here to sign up on our website.
Prices to access the gym as Pay as you Go:
Gym Adult: £8.40
Gym Junior (11-15yrs old) £4.00
