Bouncing, spinning and rolling
Our gymnastics programme follows the British Gymnastics’ newly launched, Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on our wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Portal.
Rise Discover
Preschool children experience gymnastics through imaginative play. Parents/Guardians are expected to take part with children. 18 months - 4 years.
Mondays 10.45am - 11.30am
FUNdamentals
The next step in the journey children take part independently from their parents. Suitable for 18 months - 4 years.
- Tuesdays 1.45pm - 2.30pm
- Thursdays 1.45pm - 2.30pm
- Fridays 10.45am - 11.30am
Rise Explore
School-aged recreational gymnasts build confidence and skills. Suitable for 4 years + (4 year olds must be in full time education)
- Mondays 4.00pm – 5.00pm / 5.00pm – 6.00pm
- Tuesday 4.00pm – 5.00pm / 5.00pm – 6.00pm (ages 8+)
- Wednesday 4.00pm – 5.00pm / 5.00pm – 6.00pm
- Thursday 4.00pm – 5.00pm / 5.00pm – 6.00pm and (Advanced) 6.00pm – 7.00pm
- Saturday 9.00am – 10.00am / 10.00am – 11.00am and 11.00am – 12.00pm
Junior development session (8-15 years)
- Mondays 6.00pm – 7.00pm
This development class is perfect for children wanting to learn tumbling and acrobatics. All children will require an assessment before signing up for this development class and if currently unsuitable then a more appropriate gymnastics class will be offered to work towards being able to join.
Adult gymnastics (16 years +)
- Thursdays 7.00pm – 8.00pm drop in session - £8.00 per person
Prices
All courses are payable by monthly direct debit.
- 1 hour classes: £34.21 per month
- 45 minute classes: £25.88 per month
