This course is weight lifting based, and is designed for those wanting to improve their technique on main compound lifts and gain more confidence when performing them. It will be split into four x 30 minute sessions, every Thursday for four weeks.

The course will primarily focus on bar work such as:

  • Squats
  • Clean and jerk
  • Deadlifts
  • and much more!
