Come along to our open morning and get a taste of what our Creche and women's sessions have to offer!

Making the most of our services like the creche and women's only sessions is the perfect way for you to take well deserved time for yourself while we take care of your little one!
Crèche
Our creche is run by fully qualified and experienced staff. We provide a safe environment for all children aged from 6 months to 5 years.
During our open morning, take a tour of our creche facilities and let us look after your child whilst you try out some of the women's only classes and sessions we have to offer.
Creche prices
- £6 per hour or £3 per hour for premium members
- Other discounted pricing may apply if you are participating in one of our Adult Education courses. More information here.
Creche opening hours
- Monday - Friday (Term time only)
- 9am - 1pm
Women's only membership
We provide regular women's only sessions in the gym, swimming pool and classes. With friendly female staff on shift, you are guaranteed to feel included during your session.
During our open morning, take a tour of our facilities and why not give some of our classes a go!

- Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm
- Friday - 9.30am - 1.30pm
