Changes to our booking system
If you're not a member...
You will need to sign up a Places Member. A Places Membership is a free membership that allows all visitors to access our online booking system.
1.Visit the Member Area
You will then need to select the 'new to us,' tab.
2. Fill in your details accordingly to create your online account. A confirmation email will be sent to you, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
3. Book your swim via our timetable by adding the swim tickets to your basket. If you haven't set up a Places Membership before this, select the 'Im new' option.
4. You will be taken to a booking screen via our timetable, book your swim accordingly.
Book via the member area
If you're already set up as Places Member or a Premium Member, you can also book via our Member Area, via the 'book now' option.
Upon doing this, select 'Activities' and deselect 'Sessions,' to see our Leisure Water swim sessions.
We have an array of fun features for your little swimmers along with a double slide and a single slide. We advise you book your swim before visiting us. Please ensure you pick the correct session in the leisure pool. Our main pool is not for family fun.
