A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.
We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week. Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.
Our 50+ activity morning has a range of activities all under 1 roof to help you keep active and meet new people.
Wednesdays
- Swimming 9.30am - 12.00noon
- Circuits - Studio Circuits 10.40am - 11.40am, Gym Circuits 11.40am - 12.00noon (On the last Wednesday of every month these sessions are replaced with Aqua Circuits 11.00am - 12.00noon)
- Short Mat Bowls 9.30am - 10.30am (9.30am - 12.00noon on the last Wednesday of every month)
- Squash or Racketball 9.30am - 12.00noon
- Table Tennis 9.30am - 12.00noon (please ask at Reception for availability)

Gym Fit
Join our instructor led gym session and learn some new exercises.
