Our gymnastics programme follows the British Gymnastics’ newly launched, Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on our wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Portal.
Rise Discover
Preschool children experience gymnastics through imaginative play.
- Thursdays 9.45am - 10.30am*
- Thursdays 10.30am - 11.15am
- Thursdays 11.15am - 12.00noon
*Parents/Guardians must take part with the children in this class.
Rise Explore 1 & 2
School-aged recreational gymnasts build confidence and skills. Suitable for 4 years + (4 year olds must be in full time education)
- Mondays 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Tuesdays 3.45pm - 4.45pm
- Wednesdays 3.45pm - 4.45pm
- Wednesdays 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Thursdays 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Rise Explore 3 & 4
School-aged recreational gymnasts build confidence and skills. Suitable for 4 years + (4 year olds must be in full time education)
- Mondays 6.00pm - 7.00pm
- Tuesdays 5.30pm - 6.00pm
- Thursdays 5.00pm - 6.00pm
Rise Excel
For advanced and ambitious recreational gymnasts
- Mondays 7.00pm - 8.00pm
- Tuesdays 6.15pm - 7.15pm
- Wednesdays 6.00pm - 7.00pm
- Thursdays 6.00pm - 7.00pm
- Thursdays 7.00pm - 8.00pm
