2. Offer applies to 12-month Direct Debit and Gym memberships.
3. All qualifying juniors must have a direct familial relationship. Simply register your juniors at site on your first visit. All junior memberships will need the Premium adult member’s bank details or, their own bank details when registering. No additional fees will be charged. Bank details are needed simply for processing.
4. Offer applicable to those joining from before 31st March 2022.
5. Memberships must start by 31st March 2022.
6. All participants must complete a Direct Debit mandate when signing up for their membership.
7. All 'membership standards' must be adhered to.
